ClipVase is built by one person. Email goes to her directly and gets a reply, usually within two working days.

What helps in a first email

Your iPhone model and iOS version.
What you were doing when it went wrong, in one line.
A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.

Please do not send footage. ClipVase runs entirely on your device and there is nothing on our side to look at.

A few answers before you write

A line came back with no clips. Tap the line and reword it toward what the shot looks like rather than what it means. "A coffee cup on a cafe table" finds more than "I needed a reset."

Older videos are missing. ClipVase works through your library newest first and tells you how far back it can see. Leave it open and it keeps going.

An editor only took one clip. Some apps take a single item from a share. Use Save to Photos instead, then pick the album from inside your editor.

You want your data gone. Delete the app. Everything ClipVase made lives on your device and goes with it. Clips you saved to Photos stay in Photos, because they are yours.
